Terms of Service

It is understood that any and all rights to proofs, final images, digital images, prints, sample prints, videos and galleries shall remain as property of QUIWEE'S PHOTOGRAPHY and may be used for advertising, marketing, stock photos, display, promotion and any other purpose thought proper by QUIWEE'S PHOTOGRAPHY. The Client will be allowed to request two additional edit revision after the final images are provided. If Photographer considered the requested edit revision more in-depth then the basic edit then the additional fees will be applied. In-depth Edit Revision are but not limited too: additional skin retouching, liquifying, removing of objects and in-depth editing- additional charges will be applied.
